Computers are unpredictable. We cannot avoid it from crashing and losing data. In a situation like this, how can we re-download our Sikka Platform Utility (SPU) so we can continue using Practice Optimizer? 


 


Go to https://po.sikkasoft.com and enter your Practice Optimizer credential information then click on 'Sign In'.


 


Click on the 'Gear' box and click on 'My Account', then select 'Manage Practices'.


 


Select the correct practice location and click on "Download SPU".



Once Sikka Platform Utility (SPU) is finished downloading, click on 'run'. Enter your Practice Optimizer credential information then click on 'Login'.



In the 'Practice Management System Configuration', click on 'Edit' and enter your Practice Management System information. 



Select from the drop down your correct Practice Management System name, select the correct version. Data Path should auto populate. Enter your Practice Management System credential information then click on 'Install'.



Sikka Platform Utility will run the installation setup. At this point you just have to wait till it fully complete all processes. Installation might take from 10 min up to 45 min depending on the size of data from your Practice Management System our utility have to insert.


 


Once Sikka Platform Utility completed the installation process, you should receive a message that says 'Sikka Platform Utility Installed Successfully'. Click on 'OK'.



Log back into Practice Optimizer by going to https://po.sikkasoft.com. Enter your Practice Optimizer credential information to verify if all your data is there.
