1) Login to your Practice Optimizer account and select the 'Settings' Icon (Gear) which is in the upper right-hand corner


2) Under the drop down menu select 'Settings'


 


3) Click on the 'Working Scheduler' Tab


Through the 'Working Scheduler' Tab you can either set the Default Schedule or Custom Schedule as per the Practices needs.


 


Default Schedule


      1) To set the Default Schedule, select the first tab 'Default Schedule'. If it is a Multi-Practice, you can select the Practice which you need to set the Default Schedule


 


 



2) In the upper right corner there are two text boxes with the Name, Hr., and Min. You can enter the hours and minutes here to set as Default Working Hours and Minutes.


      A) Select the 'Apply' button


      B) Select the 'Save button' to apply changes.


3) You can also change the Values by clicking on the Values and entering a New Value


      A) Select the 'Apply' button


      B) Select the 'Save button' to apply changes.


4) In the lower left corner you can select the Number of Months that you need to set the Default Schedule. 


      A) Select the 'Apply' button


      B) Select the 'Save button' to apply changes.


 


Custom Schedule


The advantage of Custom Schedules over Default Schedules is that you can set the Schedule by Month as well as in Month by Date.


1) Select the 'Custom Schedule' Tab


 


2) Select the particular Month and Year in the upper right-hand corner.


This will display the Days of the Months for that particular Month.


3) Select the 'View/Update' button for the particular date you want to set the Schedule


4) Enter the Hours and Minutes in the text boxes with Name, Hr., and Min. 


      A) Select the 'Apply' button


      B) Select the 'Save button' to apply changes.
