1) Login to your Optimizer Classic account and select 'Settings' Icon (Gear), which is on the upper right-hand corner
2) Under the drop down menu select 'Settings'
Instructions to Set Business Goals
1) Select Set Goals >> Business
A. Select the Practice in case of Multiple Practice Accounts
B. Select the Month and Year to set your Goal Parameters
C. Select the 'Go' Button, it should show the below window
2) Select any KPI that you want to set goals for. For example: Miscellaneous / Practice Vital Signs/ Patient General Analysis…etc.
Tip: You will need to manually add values in the Goal Values text box for each KPI or you can copy Last Year Actual Values by checking the box 'Set Previous Year Actual Values as Goal Values' at the top 
3) By checking 'Apply these Goal Values', you can set the same values for multiple months
4) If you like to set Daily Goals select the 'Daily/ Weekly Goals' button
5) This action will take you to the Set Goals for Practice Vital Signs window. Go to the desired date and select View/Update
6) You will then see a smaller window appear, set the Goal Values to your needs and select the 'Save' button
Instructions to Set Clinical Goals
1) Select the Set Goals >> Clinical
A. Select the Practice in case of Multiple Practice Accounts
B. Select the Month and Year to set your Goal Parameters
C. Select the 'Go' Button, it should show the below window
2) Select Dentist /Hygienist. This will show the Provider Names, select the Provider to set the goals
Tip: You will need to manually add values into the Goal Values text box for each KPI or you can copy Last Year Actual Values by checking the box 'Set Previous Year Actual Values as Goal Values' at the top
3) If you wish to set Daily Goals, Please select 'Daily/ Weekly Goals' button
4) This action will take you to the Set Goals for a (Specific User) window. Go to the desired date and select View/Update
5) You will then see a smaller window appear, set the Goal Values to your needs and select the 'Save' button
