Setting Up the SPC:

Enter for Financial System: QuickBooks

Enter for Version: Online

The User Name and Password fields will be mandatory to proceed.

Note: Make sure you have the Quickbooks Online User Name and Password prior to setting up the SPC configuration.


After setting everything up (as above), click on "Apply" button in SPC interface. It will start the QuickBooks Online authorization.

Enter the customer's Quickbooks Online sign in information: Email or user ID and Password. Then click on "Sign In" button.


It will want to verify two-step authentication for the customer.

Note: The best option is to select “Get a code emailed to” option. The email address will be the one that was registered with their Quickbooks Online account.

Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

It will email a 6 digit code to the registered email ID. Enter the 6 digit code that the customer received in their email into the field provided.

Click the "Continue" button to proceed.

The following screen will be displayed if successfully verified.

Click on the "Authorize" button to proceed.

After clicking on the "Authorize" button, an error message will be displayed.

Note: Be patient. The error message will display for while - the process is most likely working. The error message will soon change to the screen/message (below - in green).

If successfully integrated, the screen/message will change (as shown below).

Click the "Close" button to complete the configuration process.
