Total Patients on Record
Total count of Patients with information recorded in the Practice Management System. Generally the Practice Management System will have a section for "Basic Information" on the Patient Info screen. If the patient record has data in this section it will be counted in this KPI. The count does not consider if any treatment was performed.
Total Patients Seen
Total count of patient with a transaction on their ledger. appointments and transaction amount is not considered in the count
Active Patients
This is based on active patients setting. If the active patient criteria is set for months, it checks last transaction of date irrespective of appointment & amount
If the active patient criteria is set by patient status, the current status from the patient record is counted irrespective of treatment done, transaction amount, or appointments
Inactive Patients
This is based on the active patients setting. If the active patient criteria is set for months, Transaction dates previous to the specified number of months will be counted irrespective of appointment or transaction amount
If the active patient criteria is set by patient status, the current status from the patient record is counted irrespective of treatment done, transaction amount, or appointments

If Active Patient criteria is set to "Months"
Total Patients Seen = Active Patients + Inactive Patients
If Active Patient criteria is set to "Patient Status Mapping"
Total Patients on Record = Active Patients + Inactive Patients
