The Treatment Analysis KPI can be found in the KPI section of Practice Optimizer. This KPI allows practices to analyze the life cycle of a treatment plan from the time it was created, scheduled, and unscheduled to follow up with patients. As practices look to fully optimize their practice, this is a KPI you will find important.





Once the KPI is opened, users can hover their cursors over each bar to view the potential revenue. If the user clicks on the bar, we can view the names of each patient. In a case where the user is looking at unscheduled treatment plans, reviewing those patients may be beneficial to follow up to schedule appointments. 


 


Users also have the ability to sort by date range. Reviewing this KPI by last working day can be extremely valuable to a practice. Doing this everyday will bring tremendous value in the long run.
