First Login to Optimizer Classic and go into KPIs, Veterinarian KPIs. Below I'll explain how easy it is to use 3 simple KPIs to assess your new provider.


 


Appointments By Veterinarian



  • Shows how many appointments the provider is taking in, and you can select your custom date range to track their appointment trends.

  • You can also select the "Trends" button to track each provider individually in a trend line graph.

  • This helps track if your provider against your current associates and can easily see their high and low values quickly.


 


Provider Gross Production 



  • Track their total revenue they're generating for the practice. 

  • You can also select the "Trends" button to track each provider individually in a trend line graph.


 


Average Charge By Veterinarian



  • Gauge if your new associate is stacking up against your other associates.

  • Use the "Trends" feature as stated above.
