If you receive a ‘Data Path and Version Error’ for PracticeWorks even after ‘Sikka DSN’ name already added to Pervasive PSQL. Here’s the solution.


 


Open Error log file to identify the error message:



 


 



  1. Navigate to Practice Works data folder. Example: C\PWORKS\DATA\


2. Look for 'SETDDF.EXE' application


3. Double click the SETDDF.EXE application



4. Click on ‘Refresh Data’ again from the SPC.


5. This should resolve the error and complete the data refresh.
