If you need to close the Sikka Platform Cloud utility (SPC), please follow these simple steps:


Option 1:


  1. Locate the SPC System Tray Icon in the lower-right corner of the screen by the date and time
  2. Right-click on the Icon and select "Exit"
  3. Click "Yes" on the confirmation dialogue box




Option 2:

  1. Open your Windows Task Manager
  2. Select the "Processes" tab
  3. Locate the items called "SSCService.exe" and "SSCWindowsService.exe"
  4. Right-click on the items and select "End Process"
  5. Close the Windows Task Manager


Note: Please do not close any other processes. These are vital to your operating system running correctly. Closing the SPC may result in delays updating data and delivering email reports.
