1. Login to your Practice Optimizer account at sikkasoft.com

(Note: You must login as the account holder to have access to the “adding users module”)


  1. Once successfully logged in, you will see a practice selection window. Do not select a practice – instead click the ‘Cancel’ button near the bottom


  1. Once successfully logged in, click on the settings icon (Gear) in the upper right corner of the window


  1. Select 'My Account' from the drop-down menu



  1. In the new window, select the ‘Manage Users’ tab in the menu on the left


  1. On the new screen, click on the yellow button near the top ‘Add New User’


  1. In the new window, enter the required fields, select user type - User (limited access), or Admin (unlimited access), agree to the Portal Agreement, and click ‘Submit’

(Note: The email cannot be one that has already been used in Practice Optimizer)

(Note: The password should contain at least 1 Upper Case Letter, 1 Lower Case Letter, 1 Number or Special Character, and have at least 8 characters in length)

(*Important: Make sure you record the Email ID and Password that you created for the user)


  1. A confirmation message will display upon successful user creation.

  1. The newly created user will be displayed in the prior window for ‘Manage Users’

 10. Give the Email ID and Password to the new user you just created so they can login to the account
