Total, Active, Inactive Patient Analysis KPI Definitions
Total Patients on Record:
Total of all patients on record for the lifetime of the Practice. You can select Blue Bar for all Patient information and can be exported to Excel.
Total of Patients Seen:
Total of all patients seen for the lifetime of the Practice. You can select Blue Bar for all Patients' information which can be exported to Excel.
Active Patient:
Total of all patients seen (regardless of patient status in PMS) in the last 18 months (or whatever Inactive/Active patient setting is in Optimizer Classic). You can select Blue Bar for all Patients' information which can be exported to Excel.
Inactive Patients:
Total of all patients not-seen (regardless of patient status in PMS) in the last 18 months (or whatever Inactive/Active patient setting is in Optimizer Classic). You can select Blue Bar for all Patients' information which can be exported to Excel.
For any Active Patients under this Zoom-In we recommend that the Practices reach out to the Patients for Reappointment or to update the Patient Record to an Inactive Patient Status in the PMS. This will help maintain a more accurate active patient count.
