Login to https://po.sikkasoft.com. Enter your Practice Optimizer credential Information.
Then click on Patients Now button on the top of the Practice Optimizer Program.
Select the 'Practice' and the 'Provider then select the Appointment Time slots what time is available.
PN will show you the Top List Patients in Chair criteria you can select. Select No#10 which is the 'Reactivate inactive patients by sending them letter than offers them incentives to come back'. It will also show you the number of Patients that are due.
PN now will provide you a list of patient information, legends with color coding to show status of patients when was the last time they have been contacted via email/text, patients that have not received email/text for 90 days. You have an option to send a message via text/email or even save the list of patients for future use. Click on 'Select all' or individual then either contact clients via email or text method.
Email Method. You can edit content then click on 'Send'. Click on 'Cancel' if you decided to use a different method as well.
