If you log in to Optimizer Classic and you notice in near the top right corner of your screen your "Last Refresh Date" is red, this will mean that your date hasn't refreshed as of today. 


Please click on "Last Refresh Date" and the "Refresh Details' window will display next.



Next, click on the last column to the right called Refresh Data. Click on "Click to refresh".


Your data will now start refreshing and this will take a few moments. Please log out and log back in after 10 - 30 minutes. If you have a large practice database this might take more time to refresh.



Once data has been completely refreshed your "Last Refresh Date" should display in green with the today's date.
