These KPI's only list items in the practice software master item table.  Items not in this table are not included.


 There are procedure codes which are directly used in Transaction. While posting transactions and those procedure codes are not in the master list of Procedure codes. 


So, as those procedure codes are not in master list, their transactions are getting excluded from “Revenue by Inventory Sale” and “Revenue by Treatment Category”. These two KPIs are using master procedure code list to get and display Inventory Sales and Treatment Procedure Sales Categories.


The list below shows common reasons, as to why certain items are not displaying in these two KPIs:

Adjustment items - for example bounced check fee

Item code was deleted from item table - a code was deleted from your procedure code table (Item) so this is another reason that transaction items don't exist in the procedure code list.
