Go to https://po.sikkasoft.com and enter your Practice Optimizer credential information and click on 'Sign In'.
Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and click on 'My Account' and select 'Security' tab. Add New IP for additional Security. You can type in 'CMD' from your PC search bar to access DOS Command and type in 'ipconfig' to reveal your PC's local IP Address. Enter the IPv4 Address IP information manually to the 'IP Security'. You can also use the website and type in 'Showmyip' on the address bar to search for this website to reveal your Public IP as well.
Enter the additional IP Address. Put a check mark on the square box below then select the method of Authentication. For this example, I used the 'Text' message. Click on 'Save'.
You should receive a confirmation that the setup has been confirmed 'Settings saved successfully'.
Log into Practice Optimizer with your credential information. You will be presented with a 2 step authentication process. You will receive a text notification from your mobile device with codes to enter in order for you to access Practice Optimizer.
Enter the code that you have received from your mobile device.
Enter this code to the 2 step authentication and click on 'verify'.
Once the code is verified, you should then be able to access Practice Optimizer. This will be the same process using email notification. The code will be delivered via email. Just enter the code and follow the same steps.
