My patients are receiving reminders on Saturday for next day appointments. We are not open on Sundays. This is confusing patients.
What to do to correct this from re-occurring:
Step 1 go to Settings and then Reports, make sure Sundays are checked off and deselect Saturday. Your patients will receive reminders for Monday appointments on Sunday. Click Save.
