To view "Discount and write off"

1. Log into your Optimizer Classic account

2. Using the global Search, enter "discount and write off", in the upper left hand menu

3. Select "KPI: Discount and write off"

4. Clicking the blue bar in the graph will display "zoom in" detail on exactly where/when your discounts and write offs are coming from.

5. The "zoom in" detail can also be exported as a CSV file for you to use as a report with your team.
