Step 1: Open a web browser and navigate to

Step 2: Locate and click on the Tile for the service you subscribed to.

Step 3: Click on the Register button.

Step 4: Click on the check box next to "I agree to the Terms of Service" then click the Next button.

Step 6: Click the bubble next to "Yes" under "Are you a Sikka Customer?".

Step 7: Click "Forgot username or password?" under the password field.

Step 8: Enter the email address used to register for the account then click the Next button.

Step 9: Retrieve the verification code from your email inbox and enter it in the email verification code field then click the Next button.

Step 10: Enter a new password into the Password and Confirm Password fields then click the Reset Password button.

You have now reset your Sikka Account password.
