1. Open up the Sikka Platform Cloud (SPC).



2. Click on the “Setting” category on the left-hand side of the window (underneath Service Status).



3. Click on the "Scheduling" tab located at the top of the window.




4. Then change the "Start Time: " to the desired time frame you would like.


 


*Please note: The time frame must be past 12:00 AM to capture the next day’s 


 data from your practice software.


 


5. Click the "Apply" button on the bottom right-hand side of the window.


 


A confirmation window will pop open indicating changes were saved successfully.
