Change your Sikka account details and Sikka log in details through the Sikka Marketplace
Sikka users can update their account information like first name, last name, email id, phone and username through Sikka marketplace --> My Account.
They can update their Sikka account password through 'My Account' as well.
Follow below mentioned steps to update your Sikka account details.
- Go to https://sikka.ai/login.html . Enter your Sikka account username (or email id) and password and click on the 'Log in' button. In case if you forgot your password then you can reset it by clicking on the 'Reset Password' link.
- Once you successfully logged in, click on the 'Welcome <account name>' button and then click on 'My Account'.
- On the 'My Account' screen you will see your account details and your subscriptions along with license key.
- Click on the 'Edit Profile' button to update first name, last name, email id, phone and username. Once you enter the new details, click on the 'Save changes' button to save your new settings.
- You can change your Sikka account password by clicking on the 'Change Password' button.
